96foc Houston to Elpaso legacy Wiltel cable due to private development
and TXDOT ROW changes. L3 has relocated our 96foc cable and we now need
to hot cut it over. Once we have it cut over we can abandon the old
route and we will be clear of the construction. 	
Transport - Protected	 Switch Hits	 PSAH	 50 ms	 Level 3 will
relocate 96foc Houston to Elpaso legacy Wiltel cable due to private
development and TXDOT ROW changes. L3 has relocated our 96foc cable and
we now need to hot cut it over. Once we have it cut over we can abandon
the old route and we will be clear of the construction.
