Following is the email that FLAG NOC sent to FLAG customers on the issue.

Dear Customer,
Flag has confirmed a sub sea cable cut at 8.3 kms, from the Alexandria beach
manhole, in a similar location to a reported SMW4 cut earlier this morning.
FLAG has contacted it's marine repair agency and is progressing application
of permits for the repair. Current estimate will be between 12 and 15 days
for the cable repair to be completed.

Regards, Amir
