Circuit Level Customers should be impacted on night 2 of this activity.

Est. Downtime:           Unprotected circuits will be down 5-10 minutes


Reason For Maintenance:  DEMAND - Permanent repair from cable cut
between Denver and Fraser on 04 September 2008.  The cable is laying on
top of the ground and needs to be restored to it's underground
configuration so will be properly protected.
