[outages] Fw: BB outage

i wanted to check "official" status before passing along the report,
but what looked like the official site gave this:

  Home > Support > North American Network Status
  North American Network Status

  The network status lookup feature is no longer available online.
Please contact your Carrier Service Manager for any issues related to
network infrastructure.

haven't carried a BB since last year.  what's the right place to check?
