[outages] AT&T Cellular Outage in The Bay Area?

My "regular" AT&T GSM cell can't seem to successfully call or receive calls.

Any news? AT&T Coverage and reliability in the Bay Area is getting
worse, and worse, and.... this is starting ti get really bad.
