As of 9:30 PM on Tuesday December 22nd, an outage of the RIM (Research In Motion) service is affecting the transmission of email to Blackberry devices on campus.  People using Blackberry devices may experience difficulty sending and receiving messages.  The cause and duration of the service disruption are unknown at this time.  This alert will be updated as additional information becomes available.
