[outages] FW: RIM issue?

RIM says that service has been restored for all of North America.  So, all users should start to see data flow again to their devices.
They didn't give any idea on which regions of North America would be picking up the quickest.  More likely it'll be based on 
service provider, email servers, device reception and lastly if you live in Canada or not.
