[outages] Issues with Transatlantic connectivity from the UK

Hi,

I'm seeing varying degrees of loss across multiple providers from the UK
to the US at the moment.  Its effecting Savvis, MCI and Level(3) from
what I can see at the moment.

Anyone else seeing anything similar?
