[outages] issues calling into/out of southern New Hampshire?

Seems to have cleared up . Affected PRI's and POTS lines from different
providers. Had no problem calling out of the area.

Is anyone having issues making calls into Southern NH?  For example
603-882? Getting a lot of intermittent fast busy signals dialing out on
multiple carriers.
