[outages] BGP Sessions flapping in LA

We're seeing BGP flaps going back 5-7 hours ago but nothing recent.. We're
at 1 Wilshire on Any2 exchange (among others)

I wanted to see if anyone else has been experiencing a lot of BGP sessions
flap.  We have been experiencing abnormal amount of trouble coming from

our peering sessions at 1 Wilshire.  Our Center is in San Luis Obispo but we
have a major connection down to LA.  It seems like the peering trouble is

from the any2 exchange.
