Glenn,
I just got notice that all services have restored. We have brought our
sessions up and they our stable. For those that did not see this it was
only effect customers on CAR2 out of 56 Marietta.

Subject: [outages] Level 3 Outage in Southeast?
Is anyone experiencing issues with Level3 in the Southeast? We are using
them as one of our upstreams and am seeing our peering bouncing with them.
Not sure if it's a localized issue or something more widespread.
