[outages] No AT&T 3G-based internet metro Seattle WA?

Attempts to ping from my iPhone by host name yields "Unable to find 
server" --  attempts to ping by IP address yields "No response from host"

Been this way for over an hour (7:00 am PDT - 8:30 am PDT).

Switch to WiFi and everything's back where it's supposed to be...
