[outages] L3 fiber cut in GA

180 Peachtree St seems to have normal connectivity.   We are have 3 co-location facilities in and around Atlanta and all are online and reporting no excessive latency or dropped packets.

*	Currently there is a L3 fiber cut in the Georgia area. The cut was caused by the local power company doing construction work. There is no ETR at this time. We will update as progress is made.
