[outages] Verizon outage?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Verizon Facilities in Greenwich, CT / Westchester County NY area??

I've got 3 PRI and 4 MIS T1s with AT&T (using Verizon facilities) all down as well as many Verizon copper trunks.
Circuits all went down at 07:32 PM
