AT&T Wireless apparently has a tower down in the 04101 area code - NO AT&T
Wireless data service in the City of Portland or surrounding area. 

UNOFFICIAL, UNCONFIRMED report of tech advising it went down during the
evening of 10/11/10 and may not be back for up to 48 more hours
