[outages] Qwest outages in Northern colorado

Anyone have a little more information on the Northern Colorado outage right now?  We have been told no ETA and are having trouble getting information past that.  We have seen voice issues from qwest to tmobile, cbeyond to anyone, integra to anyone and sprint to anyone have been giving fasy busy.
