They are hanging up on people. too many calling.

looks like this is calming down and should resolve in the near future.

I have gig service to XO in Minneapolis.  I'm having problems with some websites, and no problems with others.  www.internetpulse.net shows major latency from XO to several other providers.

Anyone have any additional detail?  Master ticket?  Estimated repair time?
