[outages] Level3 TFN's

Received information from a client during a sev1 case that Verizon is confirming a "Global Toll Free Number" issue causing many toll free lines to ring fast busy. This is all the information that I have at this time.

Anybody else seeing Level3 inbound traffic (toll free) problems?

I have about 40,000 TFN's that seem to be not working.
