[outages] Anyone else seeing problems with Amazon EC2?

It looks like they were having some "connectivity issues" in Northern
Virginia which were apparently resolved just a few minutes ago. This is
in addition to the fiasco they are having in their Ireland zone having
to do with some damaged electrical equipment.
