[outages] Level3 problems?

Customer's other provider is Lightpath (ASN 6128). Their upstream is
Cablevision. Lightpath reports a master ticket open with Cablevision
referencing multiple customers reporting sporadic issues with Level3.
Guess we just need to wait it out ...
