[outages] Problems with Verizon in South and Central Jersey

One of our ISP goes through Verizon.   Since 2:40PM, we have seen our BGP session flapping even though both the ISP and us are showing up/up interfaces.   So, we believe the problem resides with Verizon.  Anyone else seeing problems?
