[outages] Comcast packetloss/latency Chicago Il

I'm seeing weird topology from comcast, primarily taking traffic from Chicago and carrying it to Miami while the return path stays something short.

I'm thinking there is something wrong here as Miami is certainly the wrong place to take traffic to divert from Chicago.  NYC/Ashburn would seem to be a better fit, or even Dallas.
