[outages] AT&T Email - SMS Gateway Outage?

It appears that AT&T is having an email to SMS gateway outage this morning.
 No messages sent to xxxxxxxxxx at txt.att.net are being delivered to our
handsets.  Can anyone else confirm this?  We're in the NYC metro area.
