[outages] AT&T Email - SMS Gateway Outage?

We saw the same thing this morning in Boise. Alerts sent around 7am MT weren't delivered until 9am MT.

Subject: [outages] AT&T Email - SMS Gateway Outage?

It appears that AT&T is having an email to SMS gateway outage this morning.  No messages sent to xxxxxxxxxx at txt.att.net<mailto:xxxxxxxxxx at txt.att.net> are being delivered to our handsets.  Can anyone else confirm this?  We're in the NYC metro area.
