[outages] Several IPv6 sites down?

Indeed - the two locations I have seen the broknness to Rackspace from are Hurricane Electric and TWTC in the Ashburn area (Reston and Falls Church, respectively).  These are also where I observed issues reaching your prefix earlier but no other problems have yet been observed.
