[outages] Level3 Fiber Cut in NY?

We have a Level3 10G circuit from Albany to 111 8th that took a hit and has been hard down since 06:39 UTC this morning.

Level3 is claiming a fiber cut somewhere, anyone have any info?

The last fibercut/manhole fire down in NYC took over two days to repair, I hope that's not the case yet again.
