[outages] dns.com name servers down?

All I can add is that dns.com seems to be down from here (AS5056), too.

Was trying to get to www.osdir.com this morning and dns queries were
failing. Investigating, seems that it's a result of an outage for dns.com -
am unable to get to any of their name servers, or their web site. Checking
mxtools.com, they concur that there's a problem:

*osdir.com:mx* -ns1.dns.com: A connection attempt failed because the
connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or
established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Anyone heard about an outage there - for all their name servers from what I
