[outages] asianetcom.net latency/packet loss

Got a couple of VPNs and using different ISPs to Australia from the UK and
they are struggling at the moment.

Seems to be as soon as we hit Asianetcom.net looking at the traceroutes, the
San Jose link is very much worse than the the LAX connections.

Could be as a result of the events off the japanese coast I would suggest
but if anyone has anymore info would be appreciated
