[outages] Google Apps

I have seen it almost daily on some users, and never see it on others. 


It's all part of Google's restructuring, and is much more browser related 
than it is an outage. For instance, I very seldom see a problem with 
chrome or IE users, and see it very often with Firefox and Safari users.

I have two Google accounts. Have not seen this problem.
