Zayo has told me cut between DC and Baltimore (we have a circuit between Indianapolis and Ashburn that's affected).

Yes, my workplace is seeing similar, starting at exactly when you
stated.  Circuit is long-haul between Ashburn, VA and Sunnyvale, CA.  We
have an open Abovenet ticket but have not been given any status updates,
other than a confirmed longhaul problem.
