Can you give me an IP for that node?  DNS isn't resolving the name below.

Subject: [outages] TATA Dallas/Los Angeles Packet Loss

Anyone seeing packet loss or slow transmission in TATAs network, specifically in Dallas or LosAngeles. We are also seeing loss between Qwest  and TATA in Dallas. MTR is showing 60% loss at vlan28.icroe1.eql-losangeles.as6453.net. Ping times jump from 80-90ms to over 180, then back to 80 or 90. TATA NOC said they are not having issues, but I am not a TATA customer so I didn't get very far.
