[outages] Is anyone seeing reachability issues to RIM (srp.us.blackberry.com)?

We saw this earlier, specifically with trying to resolve
us.srp.blackberry.com against RIMs name servers in the same segment.

We were told that Level 3 was having issues, and that they were
resolved before 12:00 PM ET.
