[outages] Bandwidth.com VOIP/SIP outage

We're seeing issues with them in Indiana (SIP Trunking).

The Bandwidth.com call center is offline as well, getting either a

disconnected message, or the number simply will not ring (from

cellphones and landlines)



Not noticing any issues here in Denver sending calls to the Denver and Atlanta servers in a round robin. No customer complaints either - yet....
