[outages] Problems with Level 3

I know they've had problems with car1.phx and traffic spikes causing routing protocols to bounce.  We routed around Level3 in Phoenix…

Is anyone aware of any potential problem with Level 3 routing between Florida to PHX?
Seems like there may be a problem somewhere in Dallas, but I have yet to confirmed.
