I learned late yesterday about some dsl subscribers in the Verizon-serviced area code 760 in California, 978 in Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts, and surrounding areas experiencing connectivity issues.

Not sure if this relates to your issue.

If our customers having problems were on DSL I'd never have posted.  8-)   They would be considered "off-net".  We have very few off-net customers since we can't control QoS for those customers.
