We lost our Internap connection at 23:58 UTC in Chicago (at Equinix). Internap reported a hardware failure that was fixed within about 10 minutes. We also noticed strangeness with other providers in other locations at the same time - AT&T, in particular - that is probably attributable to reconvergence. -Steve
