Just before 5 pm Central we were informed that our third-party's service
appeared to be restored.

A third-party notified us that around 3:03 pm Central there was an outage in
the Rockford, IL area affecting Verizon.  Verizon suspects it's a fiber cut,
but Verizon hasn't confirmed that.
