[outages] Yahoo mail issues

We analyze our queues hourly, and at 12:17 pm Central we had a good number
of messages for yahoo.com in our outbound queues, all because of "connection
refused" or "connection reset by peer".

Looking at our logs here, not seeing any problem - steady flow of mail to 
yahoo.com addresses with successful deliveries. Going mostly all through:

mta5.am0.yahoodns.net
mta6.am0.yahoodns.net
mta7.am0.yahoodns.net
