[outages] Comcast - East Coast issues ?

I think it's Qwest in Chicago -> Comcast.  Looks like that's what Andy is 
using as well (edit: same router - chp-brdr-04.inet.qwest.net 
(67.14.8.234))   I think we are going to give Qwest a call.
