The weather warning for the western end of Fairfax County this evening forecast gusts of up to 80 mph, out near Dulles. Dominion Virginia Power is currently stating that over half of their Northern Virginia customers are without power, and almost a third in the entire state. They're not even guessing at ETRs yet.
