Zayo (Abovenet) reported that they lost cooling capacity on the 7th floor and will be shutting down non essential equipment. Temps are at 93 degrees. 

They said they may also start downing redundant services if things get worse.

JFYI -

Just heard that 111 8th Avenue facility in New York has run into some
technical difficulties with the fuel pumping system to a subset of
generators within the building, affecting the AC power. Not sure how
many floors this is affecting.
