We have been able to get I/O times back down to operable levels and will 
be continuing to keep an eye on this issue. At this time you should not 
be experiencing much (read/write) latency off tracker.

The root cause (I/O) should be resolved by tuesday at the latest.

We have identified the issue on tracker to be related to high disk
latency between 300 & 500ms off netapp storage. In addition to this we
have noticed buffer overflow.

We are still investigating to understand whether this is directed attack
or simply bad timing.
