Nope, my local one seems solid. These are anycasted, so I'm hitting
the one in San Jose, California.

Maybe try and MTR or some other hop-by-hop analysis and see if it's a
bad path to 4.2.2.2 or some other link in-between.

Yup, looks lossy and not normal.
