[outages] Comcast blocking ftp?

interesting. I have a comcast business line in the office in Connecticut
but only use it for the guest wifi, so the only way I can quickly test
it is on my phone - and indeed I can't FTP. I don't have anything
blocking those ports as it's just a "wild west" guest wifi.

There is an ongoing discussion in the citizens weather observer
community that ftp might be being blocked by Comcast? Can anyone confirm
this is really the case? Allegedly  started at 6:30am today.  Sorry I
cannot provide technical examples. I do not have Comcast at my current
location.
