[outages] Bell Canada Routing issues to Comcast

Hi,

It appears as of 15:14 EDT today (it is now 15:48) there are routing issues 
through Bell Canada en-route to Comcast customers and much of Comcast's 
network at large (their main website is inaccessable from our perspective and 
all DNS for the comcast.net domain is unavailable).

Doing a traceroute from our network:
