I had colleague with i wireless and AT&T phones test:
IWS to AT&T: works
AT&T to IWS: works
AT&T to AT&T: works

Hi all,

I'm seeing an inability for at&t phone to receive text messages.
Sending to Verizon phones seems to work, but at&t to at&t, or Verizon
to at&t does not.

Twitter seems to have some chatter about this over the past 2hrs, so
I'm wondering if others are seeing this nationally.
