Opening ticket as I type this, I'm connected via dark fiber as well in the one wilshire building.  Opening ticket with core site as well to make sure it's not the xconnect.

Our session over dark fiber to edge3.losangeles1 (One Wilshire) appears to be unaffected. You may want to call the NOC if you haven't already. 1-877-453-8353 option 2.
