[outages] Cox cable internet Phoenix routing problems and outages

We use Cox Business in the Scottsdale Road / Loop 101 area and did not experience any issues overnight.

Several customers have reported broken connections, random problems, and overall outages overnight.  I myself experienced this with my home connection.  Anyone know if this is more than city-wide, and have any further info?
