[outages] Mediacom DNS server issue?

For me, neither ns[12].mcomdc.com responds to ICMP or DNS queries.

I'm now seeing email for mediacombb.net backing up, too, as they use the
same DNS servers.

According to robtex (http://host.robtex.com/ns2.mcomdc.com.html#shared),
some other domains affected are gronkulator.com and inland.net.

Seems like NS2 is down.

root at hellhound:~# dig +short MX mchsi.com @ns1.mcomdc.com
10 smtp.mchsi.com.

root at hellhound:~# dig +short MX mchsi.com @ns2.mcomdc.com
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

Additionally, NS1 is responding to ICMP pings while NS2 isn't.
