[outages] Network Solutions DNS Stuffed?

NetSol name servers are unreachable here as well, and we're also seeing failures.

Now more of our sites are starting to fail as the local DNS cache begins to expire. This could be affecting everyone who uses NetSol for name resolution, or at least a large cross-section of their user base.
